Mohali, Punjab: Expanding its horizons after successfully establishing six BIRA 91 Taprooms across the country, the renowned craft beer brand is proud to launch its latest outlet in Mohali. This marks the second outlet in Punjab, following the recent opening in Ludhiana. The BIRA 91 Taproom officially opened on 5th July 2024 at CP 67 Mall, a popular hangout spot, offering a unique and vibrant taproom experience to the Tricity residents for the first time.

Spanning an impressive 5,000  sq. ft. with a seating capacity of 200 with indoors andoutdoors seating, the new taproom is designed to accommodate the city’s beer-loving population. Punjab, known as the ‘Granary of India,’ offers abundant access to key brewing ingredients like barley and hops.

The BIRA 91 Taproom at CP 67 Mall presents an eclectic selection of 8 fresh beers on tap, catering to diverse tastes. Complementing the extensive beer menu is a specially curated selection of culinary delights by Celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani which includes local favorites like Amritsari Fish and AmritsariMurgMakhani Burger, tailored to tantalize the local palate.

The BIRA 91 Taproom in Mohali is a uniquely designed space that blends industrial chic with lush greenery, creating an inviting and dynamic environment. The double-height bar, a striking centrepiece, features copper pipes extending from the ceiling, adding industrial flair that contrasts beautifully with the rustic concrete textures on the walls. The intricately detailed bar top, featuring the BIRA 91 logo, serves as a distinctive focal point.

At the entrance, suspended seating offers a playful and unique seating option for guests, setting the tone for the taproom’s innovative design. The glass facade provides a visual connection to the lush outdoor space, an extension of the taproom. The flooring inside is composed of broken tiles arranged in a pattern that creates a striking color contrast between indoor and outdoor areas, subtly guiding the flow of movement throughout the space.

Open until 1 a.m., the BIRA 91 Taproom at Mohali is poised to capture the hearts of the young and young at heart with its great food and drink menu, complemented by aesthetically designed interiors.
